5 Mistakes in building the abdominal muscle

1. Perform Stomach Exercises at the Beginning of the Program

Abdominal muscles are part of the body’s central muscles that help to stabilize the body. If you make your abdominal muscles tired at the beginning of the exercise that will interfere with other types of exercise, excessive fatigue in the abdominal muscles will inhibit the development of abdominal muscles. Because the abdominal muscles help sustain for any type of exercise. So train your abdominal muscles at the end of the core workout.

2. Train the Overall Abdomen in One Exercise Program

All you need is 15 minutes to train your abdominal muscles as a whole. If at first, you do compound/combination exercises, then do 2 or 3 types of abdominal exercises as much as 2-3 sets of 10 reps to end your workout.

3. Training Abdominal Muscles Every Day

4. Just Doing Sit Ups

In fact, the abdominal muscles have many parts. Not all parts of the muscle can be trained with sit-ups. 5. Just Train One Part Of Stomach Muscles
